TimeGate Group combines share ownership and performance-bonuses to ensure that its management team is fully incentivized to deliver best in class solutions to its clients.

The Board of Directors is made up of three executive and one non-executive member and meets quarterly to review performance and set strategy.
The Executive Management team is made up of four members, representing the main business departments. Weekly management reports and regular Customer Surveys are used to assist the team in day-to-day decision making.
