Paperless Office
Paperless Office is a module which enables the creation of e-documents to hold and track all processes within your enterprise. The e-documents or e-forms are attached to "incidents" within the system and can be accessed in real time via a range of technologies, including our mobile devices.
During 2005 TGL will further develop this platform to create a standardized QMS solution to assist in clients gaining Approved Contractor status.
Why Paperless Office?
All businesses run with forms and paperwork. However, these systems have three major flaws:
