SBS
The TimeGate "Small Business Solution" (SBS) is a turnkey solution that will help you to optimise the performance of your business.
Put simply, we take the hassle out of procuring a business-critical solution by providing a turn-key package, delivering a ready-to-go solution to your business.
Hardware
- SBS includes the hardware you need to run TimeGate.
- We provide a server preloaded with TimeGate, screen, mouse and keyboard with the SBS.
- We also include either a CD-RW/DVD or tape drive for disaster recovery purposes; taking regular database back-ups is essential to provide business resilience.
- We can provide advice on basic system maintenance as part of our support agreement to minimise the risks posed to your business.
Software
In order to operate TimeGate you require third-party licenses, mostly from Microsoft. We source these on your behalf and pre-load/configure onto the server prior to installation. We supply:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2000 or 2003
- SQL 2000 or 2003 Server
- Microsoft Terminal Services 5 CAL
Services
In order to implement the system quickly and effectively we provide a complete service solution within the SBS package. Using our AIM framework, we pre-configure the server and database prior to implementation.
This includes some data take-on and the pre-configuration of your basic business rules.
Then at an agreed time, we provide on-site IT services to deliver and install the server on your premises. Finally, we provide user training to ensure you are able to operate the system effectively.
